Patient-specific titanium implant — Osteo3d
Custom Implants

Patient-specific implant designs based on your patient's exact anatomy — not adapted from a catalogue

Where off-the-shelf implants compromise fit, our patient-specific implants are designed to match the patient's unique skeletal geometry with sub-millimetre precision. Indicated for complex reconstructions, revision cases, and anatomically challenging presentations where standard implants cannot achieve adequate fixation or coverage.

Designed for fabrication in medical-grade material, every implant undergoes rigorous dimensional inspection before dispatch. Design, simulation, and implant approval are all completed with your surgical team before fabrication begins.

Key Features

  • Complex Geometry

Freeform surfaces, porous lattice structures, and integrated fixation features that no standard implant catalogue can offer.

  • Pre-surgical Trial

A 3D-printed resin mock-up of the implant is available for pre-surgical fit testing on a replica model before the final implant is provided.

Frequently Asked

What imaging do I need to provide?
For titanium patient-specific implants, 0.625 mm slice thickness is mandatory — no exceptions. There must be absolutely no artifacts of any kind. The scan must fully capture the region of interest and all surrounding anatomy. This is our most stringent imaging requirement. Full details at Imaging Requirements
Can you match an existing implant system?
Yes. Where a patient has existing hardware, we design the new implant to interface with or complement it. Imaging data of any existing metalwork should be included in the upload.
