Medical Models

Affordable 1:1 scale anatomical models for surgical preparation and patient education

Physical anatomical models allow surgeons to handle and study a patient's unique pathology before the procedure begins. At 1:1 scale from medical imaging data, models reveal spatial relationships, bone quality assessments, and approach angles that 2D imaging cannot convey.

Used across orthopedic, spine, craniofacial, and cardiovascular subspecialties, our models support pre-surgical rehearsal, multi-disciplinary team briefings, patient and family consent discussions, and surgical trainee education. Available in rigid bone-analogue resin or flexible soft-tissue formats.

Key Features

  • 1:1 Scale Accuracy

Every model is printed at true anatomical scale from the patient's medical imaging data — what you hold is exactly what you will encounter in the OR.

  • Bone & Soft Tissue

Rigid resin for bone structures; flexible, Shore-A matched materials for vascular, cardiac, or parenchymal models requiring handling assessment.

  • Patient Education

Showing patients and families the actual anatomy transforms consent conversations — studies show significantly improved patient understanding and reduced pre-operative anxiety.

  • Affordable Pricing

Medical models are our most cost-accessible product. Designed for routine pre-surgical preparation, not just exceptional cases.

Frequently Asked

What imaging do I need to provide?
0.625 mm slice thickness is required. For vascular or orthopedic cases requiring arterial visualisation, contrast-enhanced imaging or CT Angiography is needed. In cases with metallic hardware, provide both the original and MAR-corrected series. Full details at Imaging Requirements
Can you model just part of the anatomy?
Yes. We routinely crop models to the region of surgical interest — reducing print time and cost while providing all the relevant detail.
