Patient-specific cutting and drilling guides for precise, reproducible surgery
Surgical guides are physical jigs designed to transfer the virtual surgical plan directly to the patient on the operating table. Manufactured from patient medical imaging data, each guide locks uniquely onto the patient's anatomy and directs the surgeon's instruments to the exact pre-planned positions.
Available for orthognathic, cranio-maxillofacial, orthopedic, neurosurgical, spine, ENT/head & neck, and plastic & reconstructive procedures.
Key Features
Anatomy-Locked Fit
Each guide seats uniquely on the patient's bone surface — no adjustment, no guesswork. Fit is verified on a 3D-printed anatomical model before dispatch.
Reduced OR Time
Surgeons report 25–40% reductions in operative time when using patient-specific guides versus conventional freehand or navigation-assisted techniques.
Sterilisation Ready
Manufactured from biocompatible material and ready for standard hospital sterilisation protocols.
Multi-Specialty Range
Cutting guides, drilling guides, positioning templates, and reduction guides — across orthognathic, spine, hip, knee, and cranial applications.
Frequently Asked
- What imaging do I need to provide?
- 0.625 mm slice thickness is required. The scan must fully capture the region of interest and surrounding anatomy. For cases involving metallic hardware, provide both the original and MAR-corrected series. Full protocol details at Imaging Requirements
- How is the guide verified before dispatch?
- Every guide is test-fitted on a 3D-printed anatomical model of the patient's bones.
- Can guides be reused?
- Guides are designed as single-use devices. Reuse is not recommended as repeated sterilisation cycles can alter dimensional accuracy.
