Account Responsibility

Ordering & Payment

Orders are placed through our website or portal. All payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Pricing reflects product costs and materials but does not include import duties, customs charges, or local taxes which may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

Order Cancellation

Due to the personalised, patient-specific nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once processing has commenced. Each product is custom-designed and manufactured based on individual patient anatomy, making returns or cancellations impractical after production begins.

Warranty

All Osteo3d products are designed and manufactured to meet the indicated features and specifications within the limitations of the technology employed. If you believe a product does not conform to its specifications, you must file a claim within ten (10) days of receipt.

Warranty claims should be directed to contactus@osteo3d.com with your case ID, order details, and a description of the issue.
