How this is kept honest
Reported Registration
Each deviation figure carries the registration used and its residual error. The report says which reference region it was aligned on.
Checked Fit
A registration that converges on a flat surface can report a small error while sitting millimetres out. Each fit is checked, not assumed.
Direction and Magnitude
Movement is reported against anatomy, with direction stated. A magnitude alone cannot tell an advancement from a setback.

- What if the plan was not made by Osteo3d?
- That is fine. The plan is needed in a form that carries the intended positions, and the post-operative imaging must cover the same anatomy. Both are checked before the study is quoted.
- Which procedures are supported?
- Mandibular reconstruction including free fibula transfer, orthognathic surgery, cranioplasty and cranial remodelling are within scope. Each study is assessed against the imaging and the plan format before it is quoted.
